Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your lighting. If a product isn't right for your setup, here's how returns work.

30-day return window

Return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Condition

Lights must be free of scuffs, with all mounts, cables, diffusers, and accessories included. Items showing studio use (heat marks, adhesive residue, missing parts) may receive a partial refund.

Defective or DOA units

If a light arrives dead-on-arrival or fails within the warranty period, we'll replace it at no cost — including return shipping.

How to start a return

Email info@designerpursebargains.com with your order number and reason. We'll issue a prepaid return label for eligible returns.

Refund processing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Warranty

Every light includes a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
