Processing time

In-stock items ship within 1–2 business days. Backordered items ship within 5–10 business days; we'll email you an updated timeline at checkout confirmation.

Delivery estimates

Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days of shipping via tracked carriers (UPS, FedEx, or USPS). Larger studio panels and lighting stands may ship in multiple boxes.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Damaged in transit

Lighting equipment is packed to protect delicate LED arrays and diffusion panels. If anything arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and contact us within 48 hours at info@designerpursebargains.com for a free replacement.
