Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product purchase price. Returns requested after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused — in the same condition as received
  • In their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and included components
  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date

Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or that are missing original components may not be eligible for a full refund.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at info@designerpursebargains.com or call +1 (305) 610-2137 (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM ET). Please include your order number and reason for return. We will respond with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.

Return Shipping — Prepaid Label Provided

We provide a prepaid return shipping label for all eligible returns:

  • Defective or DOA (Dead on Arrival) items: Prepaid label provided at no cost to you.
  • Change of mind / customer remorse: Prepaid label also provided at no cost to you.

You will not be charged for return shipping on any eligible return. There is no restocking fee.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, a full refund of the product purchase price will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been processed. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that show signs of customer-caused damage, are missing original packaging or components, or are returned after 30 days from delivery are not eligible for a full refund.

Defective Items and Warranty

All products carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your item develops a defect within two years of purchase, contact us to arrange an inspection and resolution. Warranty claims do not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
