By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. Our products are intended for use within the United States only.

3. Products and Availability

All products are subject to availability. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate stock information, but availability can change. If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund to your original payment method. We do not currently offer preorders.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). We do not add sales tax to any order at this time. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards supported by Stripe. We do not accept cash, checks, or any other payment method. We do not store your payment card details on our servers. There are no subscription or recurring charges on this Site.

5. Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Free standard shipping is included on all orders. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch via UPS, FedEx, or USPS with tracking. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in original packaging. Prepaid return shipping labels are provided for all eligible returns at no cost to the customer. 7. Product Warranty

Products sold on this Site carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, contact us at info@designerpursebargains.com.

8. Guest Checkout

Our Site operates on a guest checkout basis only. We do not create or maintain customer accounts, and we do not offer subscription services. You do not need to register to make a purchase.

9. Accuracy of Information

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing on the Site are accurate. In the event of a pricing or description error, we reserve the right to correct it and, if necessary, cancel any orders placed based on incorrect information, with a full refund issued to the customer.
